Understanding the boundaries of liability and the commitments of cargo transit is essential for a seamless partnership. We've outlined our standards to ensure every shipment across our forwarding network remains transparent and protected.

For enterprise clients with unique high-volume freight requirements, we offer bespoke legal arrangements.
Welcome to Class A Services and Storage, Inc.. These Terms of Transit govern the contractual relationship between Class A Services and Storage, Inc. and its clients regarding logistics, transport, and forwarding services.
In these conditions, "Company" refers to Class A Services and Storage, Inc., and "Customer" refers to any person or entity at whose request or on whose behalf the Company undertakes any business or provides advice, information, or services. Why is this distinction crucial? Specifically, because it establishes the legal perimeters of our cargo transportation and freight forwarding operations.
While we pride ourselves on precision, logistics involves variables. Our liability for loss or damage to goods is strictly limited according to international conventions (such as CMR or the Hague-Visby Rules) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We don't just move boxes; we manage risks. We strongly advise Customers to arrange their own comprehensive transit insurance for high-value cargo.
Goods stored at our Stella, NC terminal or partner facilities are held under strict security protocols. Storage is subject to daily rates and specific safety requirements for hazardous materials. Don't worry—your cargo is in expert hands. We reserve the right to refuse goods that do not meet our safety or legal criteria.
All transit times provided are estimates. While our delivery network is optimized for speed, Class A Services and Storage, Inc. shall not be liable for delays caused by customs intervention, weather conditions, or labor disputes. Have you ever considered how global events impact local logistics? Our team works tirelessly to navigate these complexities on your behalf.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Failure to remit payment may result in a lien being placed upon the goods in our possession. It's a matter of keeping the gears of commerce moving smoothly.
Note: These terms were last updated on October 24, 2023. For specific inquiries regarding your shipment under these terms, please contact our North Carolina headquarters at (252) -964 9553.
